Merry Christmas

Greetings,

Thank you for coming to our Drive-Thru Christmas Story: A Journey to Bethlehem. I pray it helps you keep things in perspective this Christmas season.

The Christmas season is a busy one. There are decorations to put up, shopping to do, gifts to wrap, goodies to make, parties to go to, and programs to attend. There are so many activities that consume us this time of year and if we are not careful, we could easily rush through the Christmas season without pausing to remember why we even celebrate it. Don’t let this happen to you.

Tonight is a moment that helps us slow down and pause. It helps us take our minds off the busyness of the season and even helps us forget about our worries, heartaches, and pain, even if it is only for a few minutes. Tonight is a moment that reminds us how God left heaven to join us in our brokenness. He did this because he loves us. He did this to take our brokenness and make us whole again.

It is my prayer as you celebrate Christmas this year you understand what God did for you and how much he loves you. I pray your experience tonight helps you keep everything in perspective.

I also would like to invite you to join us on Christmas Eve this year. We will have two services to choose from. The services are at 4:00 and 5:00 pm. I hope you will be there.

Merry Christmas and may God bless you.
